Recently Project Smiled hosted their “United in Style” Fashion Show Fundraiser at the DoubleTree Hotel in Milford and celebrated a success!

The event welcomed 100 guests for an evening of fashion, community, and philanthropy—all in support of Project Smile’s programs Smiles for Children also Suits & Smiles. The fashion show was hosted by Melissa from HOT 96.9 Boston, who was joined by cohost Ramiro, with special guest Hakeem, known for his appearances on reality television, walking the runway. Their engaging presence brought energy and excitement to the evening.
Guests enjoyed a lively cocktail party and Rustic Spirits margarita tasting, followed by a silent auction featuring over 50 donated items. An exuberant live auction hosted by longtime supporters Dick Ferrucci and Olga Konstanzia amplified the night’s success, inspiring enthusiastic participation from attendees.
The runway showcased fashions modeled by men and women from throughout the community, including senior participants, celebrating confidence, personality, and inclusivity. Featured retailers and designers included: Awula, Aussemista Style, Lyn Evans, Nice Girls Label and Happy Lilliput.

Project Smile proudly acknowledges and extends heartfelt appreciation to its Platinum Sponsors whose generous support made the evening possible: DoubleTree Hotel Milford, Homefield Credit Union, Gallo Moving & Storage. Other generous event sponsors include: Dean Bank and Cornerstone Senior Living, both of whom had employees generously donating their time to model in the fashion show. Middlesex Savings Bank, Mirick Law Firm, Charles River Bank, Attorney Arthur White and Reliant Medical.
“United in Style reflects what this community does best coming together to support one another,” said Project Smile Executive Director, Catherine Pisacane. “We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, guests, volunteers, designers, and everyone who helped make this night impactful and uplifting.”

Proceeds from United in Style directly benefit Smiles for Children, which donates stuffed animals to first responders to help children in crisis, and Suits & Smiles, the Boston based program which provides no-cost professional attire to men rebuilding their lives and seeking employment.
